Sims 4 Mac Os Sierra

broken image

I'm looking to buy the original Sims game for my mac but I know that it doesn't work with certain versions of the OS on macbooks. Would it work on my mac which has OS Sierra version 10.12.4?

  1. Mac Os
  2. Mac Os Mojave

The original Sims game was not released a Mac. Mac ssd size. As such, it would not now be compatible.

Actually, a version of the original with the add-ons built in (magic, pets etc) was released for mac. I still own a physical copy…

  • Is there a way to transfer my saved Sims 4 game with all the progress to a different computer? I'm planning on by a new laptop, going from windows to Mac. But I'm very much attached to The Sims 4 game that I have been playing. Have me quite a lot of progress and changes to different things in game that I hope I don't have to do again. Is there any way to transfer my current Game to another computer? I just don't want to redo everything that I've done in the game it took a lot of time.
  • Would the Sims 4 work on this MacBook Pro? I'm looking to buy a MacBook Pro and have found a good offer so I would like to know if a MacBook with: Intel® i5 Processor Processor Speed:2.30GHz Release Year:2017 Memory:8GB Screen Size:13.3' Storage Type:SSD (Solid State Drive) Operating System:Apple macOS 10.12, Sierra (I don't know which of those is to do with my question it was just in the description I'm really bad with computers)
  • Sims 4 game doesn't respond on my PC laptop? When I try to play sims 4 on my PC laptop, the game freezes & doesn't move past the logo screen. I know the mods shouldn't be a problem because on my Macbook, it has the same mods installed. Not sure if it's just my PC or the perhaps the mods. Anybody know what's going on?
  • Can the iMac Pro 2017 really support Four External 4K displays besides the original iMac Monitor? Apple's Support page says that the iMac Pro 2017 can support Four external 4K displays, but in order to do so I'll have to connect the external displays to the Thunderbolt 3 ports via an adapter. Although thats what's it says on the page. I wanted some confirmartion from you guys on whether I really can connect FOUR external 4K displays to the iMAc… I mean… Is the GPU of the iMac Pro really that powerful enough to support Four external 4K monitors?

Dec 14, 2016 Read no further unless you (or a family member) play Sims 3 and want to get it working in macOS Sierra. And really, try the linked forum post first; this is just a backup plan. The following is quoted verbatim as posted by user 'Ashpeef' on the Sims forums. I organized it as a numbered list and formatted some text, but left the content unchanged. I have tried launching the sims 4 after this patch update and I am unable to launch the game. I get stuck behind with a half black screen and the rainbow wheel or nothing at all sometiimes, just a black screen. My specs are: OS: Mac OS Sierra Version 10.12.6. MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017) Memory: 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7. Graphics: Radeon Pro 555.
